About Gretchen

Born and raised in Northern Idaho I have a passion for this beautiful part of the country! Through traveling and living in other places I have come to realize and appreciate how special North Idaho is and the wonderful quality of life it offers residence in so many ways. I have been a full time Realtor since 2003, working in both California and Idaho. Growing up in the world of Real Estate, as my Mother is also a Realtor, has provided extra insight and connections to the varying markets & cycles. Having a savvy, knowledgeable, attentive agent in your corner are vital components which I live by. Longevity and experience has allowed me to fine tune my skills needed for every purchase or sale and helps me cater to each individual clients specific needs, as every one is different! A few fun facts about Gretchen outside of Real Estate! A graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder ( Go Buffs ) majoring in psychology. I was a professional wakeboarder for 10 years, competing all over the world. An avid outdoor enthusiast from the mountain to the lakes and oceans. Lover of dogs, especially my adorable golden retriever. And most notably I’m a single mother to an incredible 15-year-old boy who is bilingual in French and English , spends summers with his family in Tahiti, swims with humpback whales, and for him, Soccer his life!
