I am a third generation Realtor. My real estate career began at an early stage of my family's business. My mother, Judi McCoy, who sold real estate for 54 years, was my mentor and teacher my whole life. We worked together for many years establishing successful relationships and sales with our clients. My experience ranges from office staff to eventually becoming a REALTOR in 1995. This gave me an advantage point of experiencing the inner workings of how real estate transactions & services come together to make each one a success. I decided to take a short break from real estate in the early 2000's to pursue additional college education to obtain my Business Management degree, while working in the financial service industry as a General Operations Manager. After being laid off in 2014, I quickly decided to go back to pursue my true passion of selling real estate. My broadened experience includes residential sales, property management, foreclosure sales, and new construction. I sell real estate in the Cedar Rapids, Marion, Hiawatha, and surrounding areas.
