Just a few details: We have replaced the big ticket items. - new shingles, gutters, doors, windows, added 4 egress windows, HVAC, water heater, water-softener -updated landscaping and many more outdoor improvements -added 2 basement bedrooms, -an insulated and heated garage with an oil changing pit -covered patio, -updated flooring, removal of popcorn ceiling, updated bathrooms, laundry, bedrooms and kitchen -Working fireplace -a great raised garden -It has an amazing private fenced in back yard with a large 20x40 barn and a field behind us for country living. -We also have a chicken coop and large dog kennel that are negotiable. -We are zoned rural residential -we even had some lambs we bottle fed for someone for a summer and a bottle bucket calf! No water issues after our first summer (2015) - only from before we did any landscaping and updates.
