Discover the possibilities of owning land in the lower third of Hawaiian Ocean View Estates (HOVE) on Bamboo Lane! This generously sized lot measures approximately 122' x 356' and features an existing building shell with a new roof installed approximately one year ago. There should be ocean views depending on where you place your home. The property has also been partially graded, although vegetation has grown back over portions of the cleared areas. Scattered trees and natural vegetation add to the property's rural Hawaiʻi setting.
