About Teri Lynn

Summary Born and raised in Hawaii, Teri Lynn has over 30 years in the real estate industry, business development, customer service, sales and community involvement. Her career started in Title Underwriting and then Customer Service Director of First American Title, in which she initiated a "Customer First" Program in Hawaii. She has searched real estate properties, recorded at the Bureau of Conveyances, typed and issued title reports and policies as a Title Officer and managed various departments in the Title Division. In 2000, Teri Lynn managed a newly formed joint venture called Real Estate/Title Solutions, LLC., owned at that time by one of the largest real estate companies and escrow company on Oahu. While in the title and escrow industry, Teri served on the Hawaii Land Title Association, The Executive Board of the Mortgage Lender's of Hawaii, and the Education Committee of the Mortgage Bankers of Hawaii. In 2007, she changed her focus and efforts to help sellers and buyers achieve their goals and dreams, now at the front end of a real estate transaction. Teri Lynn successfully completed The Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties New Agent Training Program in 2008. In 2010 she was awarded by her peers, the Waikiki Coldwell Banker Core Values Award. In her spare time, when she is not traveling with her family to visit all 50 states, she is with her community. For many years, she has been involved with Families and Friends of Castle Project Graduation and American Cancer Society's Look Good Feel Better Program. Currently serving on the Board of Families and Friends of Castle, Boyscouts of America St. Ann's Church Troop 113 and Soroptimist International of Honolulu. With her strong background in title and escrow and her understanding of the loan process, coupled with her real estate sales experience, she provides a win-win relationship for her clients.
