In 2005, Rika obtained her Sales Associate license and joined Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties at the King Street Office. She later transitioned to her husband's company, assisting with property management while pursuing further education. In 2017, Rika earned her Broker License after completing a broker class. Rika's clientele primarily consists of local residents and clients from Japan. Her extensive background in hospitality has greatly influenced her approach to real estate, allowing her to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships with her clients.
