Natasha Bailey is excited to continue her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Realty in Hawai'i, bringing a unique blend of local roots, entrepreneurial drive, and a deep passion for helping others build lives in Hawai‘i. Born and raised on Oahu, Natasha combines her intimate knowledge of the island with professional experience in residential real estate, negotiations, and client advocacy. With a background in entrepreneurship and fitness instruction, Natasha approaches real estate with both strategy and heart. She understands that buying or selling a home is more than a transaction—it’s a major life transition. Known for her clear communication and client-first mindset, she is committed to guiding buyers and sellers through each step with transparency, diligence, and care. Her goal is to create a smooth, empowering experience that allows her clients to move forward with confidence. Outside of real estate, Natasha is a yoga instructor and wellness advocate who is passionate about sustainability, connection to the land, and building a strong sense of community. She enjoys international travel, spending time with her loved ones, hiking, hosting community-building events, and continually learning about ways to live more intentionally in Hawai‘i.
