About Kathie

Summary Kathie started her real estate career in 1972 working at the Kailua office of Waikiki Realty, Ltd. She then went on to work for Wade Ltd., a very successful boutique-style real estate company also based in Kailua. In 1999, Kathie seized the opportunity to work with one of the nation's leading real estate firms and Hawaii's leading real estate company in terms of market share, listing inventory and total sales volume. In 2003 she was an Aloha Aina winner for excellent service to her clients and she was one of 10 national finalists for the Realtor Magazine's Good Neighbor Award. A consistent top producer, Kathie's focus is on her clients and their satisfaction is her greatest reward. Kathie has been a volunteer for the public schools and various community organizations in Kailua for 30+ years. Kathie chaired Project Graduation at Kalaheo High School in 1993, where she received support from Mike McKenna and the Harold K.L. Castle Foundation. Kathie has given a scholarship to a Kalaheo High School student every year since 1994.
