Aloha! my name is Chunying Kainuma, I am multilingual (Japanese, Chinese Mandarin, Korean and English). I have lived in Japan, China, Korea and The United States. My first occupation was a School Teacher, because I love to teach people and share my knowledge with others. I have lived in Japan for 20 years. My previous Job was in Sendai, Japan as a Vice President for a seafood trading company. Where I arranged exhibitions and presentations for international marketing. It was a good experience to learn about marketing and development. In March 2011 I was forced to move to Hawaii, Due to the big tsunami that destroyed Sendai. From this disaster , I Have learned that each day and everyone around me is precious, so live each day to its fullest. During my life travels I was always interested in the Real Estate Industry. I have experience investing in Real Estate in Japan and China and always concerned about this industry. I have become very knowledgeable about Real Estate and enjoy staying up to date with the current trends. I would like to share my knowledge with all my clients. My passion is to make people happy! I feel enjoyment helping people find their dream homes and assisting people succeeding with all their Real Estate transactions. I have been fascinated with looking at different kinds of homes and always dreamed of being a Real Estate Agent.
