Having owned multiple businesses, he also holds a commercial boat captain's license and has hands-on experience in construction, rehab remodeling, property caretaking, and vacation rental management. Professionally trained in real estate sales, Trace is inspired by some of the industry's top professionals and has developed a sharp eye for identifying valuable investments. He also excels in staging homes to maximize their appeal. Trace is committed to delivering integrity, energy, dedication, and creative service in every aspect of his clients' real estate transactions. Raised in a multi-generational real estate family, Trace was exposed to various cultures and architectural designs while traveling the world as a child, fostering his deep appreciation for diverse properties. A Hawaii resident for over 30 years, Trace is an active member of the community. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, boating, music, and exploring the best that Hawaii has to offer. As a family man, he cherishes spending quality time and traveling with his wife and two children.
