About Peter M.

Bio RB12852 Peter has been selling real estate in Hawaii for over 37 years, beginning his real estate career in 1979.  Prior to real estate, back in the late 1970’s, Peter owned and operated several small retail shops and clothing stores. Peter’s daily focus is matching people with properties.  His expertise in real estate sales covers various property types, including single-family homes, land, condominiums, oceanfront property, or multi-family investment buildings. Peter demonstrates loyalty and dedication to all of his clients and potential clients.  His in-depth knowledge of business ethics and experience adds to his commitment towards professionalism.  He assures satisfaction and an elevated level of service to all of his clients.  His pragmatic thoughts and attitude are shared with everyone he meets. Professionally as a broker-salesperson, Peter has in the past  filled in as Broker-in-Charge for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties’ New Agent Training Office (NATO) offering guidance to a large number of newly licensed agents. Peter also gives much of his time back to the real estate industry by serving on the Honolulu Board of REALTORS Multiple Listing Task Force for the last fifteen (15) plus years.  He has played a key role in the development of the new MLS system and is often called upon for advice on utilizing the MLS.  In his spare time, Peter shares his passion for cooking with his entire office and gives back to the community at the same time.  He is known to prepare lavish lunches for his fellow peers and collect donations to support such causes as Aloha United Way .
