Born in Boone County Arkansas, I also lived in California, Colorado and Washington State and now in Hawaii so I can truly relate to my clients picking up and moving to or from another state and sometimes another country. A move clear across the Pacific Ocean and to an island may be daunting and I understand that. A number of my clients are excited first time buyers that need and want professional guidance, understanding and especially patience with the entire process that I am happy to provide. A great many of my clients have been transferred to and from Oahu by our military and many other of my clients are making changes via a corporate relocation. Additionally, I have also helped so many clients sell a residence and handle timing matters before or as they buy their next home which may be a home in a brand new development that we found which may create additional timeline considerations. There are also a number of my clients moving to “Paradise” that are fulfilling lifelong dreams of living on our beautiful island of Oahu and in a state full of “Aloha”. As the mom of two adult children, I now enjoy the benefits of being a “Tutu”, as grandmothers are referred to in Hawaii. My daughter’s two young sweethearts have captured my heart like I could never have imagined. My 9 year young granddaughter, is even taking golf lessons and I can’t wait to enjoy that wonderful sport together and hope my 6 year old grandson follows suit. Actively supporting Meals On Wheels while brightening someone’s day, traveling abroad, exploring, hiking, and trying new restaurants are also favorite pastimes of mine and I love sharing my great finds with clients and friends. Alas, my chosen career as a full time Real Estate Professional allows me to enjoy the gratifying experiences from start to finish of making clients dreams come true and building their wealth through real estate.
