Kyle is a full-time real estate professional who is recognized as a true leader in the residential real estate and upscale market. His global business experience and worldwide network of industry leaders and business professionals has assisted his clients in achieving their real estate goals. He has been a licensed realtor for over 20 years. In his first year as an agent, Kyle earned the prestigious Aloha `Aina Realtor® Award. This unique award honors and publicly recognizes Realtors® who excel in the real estate profession and is based on service to clients and colleagues while upholding the highest ethical standards. Kyle also earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the highest award that a real estate professional may attain. Top 3% of all real estate professionals in the US hold this designation. Kyle is also a multi- year member of the President’s Premier, ranking him in the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker agents nationwide. In addition, Kyle earned the Global Luxury Specialist designation within his first full year as a realtor. He is highly experienced in selling and marketing high-end luxury homes nationally and internationally. Kyle was born and raised in Hawaii. He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Santa Clara University. His family has been homebuilders, developers, and real estate professionals in Hawaii for over 60 years. Kyle has bought/sold over 150 of his own personal transactions in Asia, US West Coast, Guam, and Hawaii. He has completed over 600 client transaction in his real estate career. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Kyle spent 25 years in the corporate industry. He held various director and executive level positions in global companies in California, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Before returning to Hawaii, Kyle developed three global businesses with gross sales of over $500M. Kyle is determined to achieve the greatest level of success for every one of his clients.
