About Kris

Bio Kris has been a realtor for the past 20 years and is a certified home marketing specialist. She is a global luxury and international president's circle team member. She prides herself on placing her client's needs above all else, whether she is helping them with their first purchase or just testing the market. Her keen sense of the market, extensive knowledge of properties throughout the island and her meticulous attention to detail allow her to present the right options for her clients to choose from. Kris understands the stress and hardship (pressure) that comes with purchasing and or selling a home so she strives to provide a caring and stress free environment that allows her clients to make the best decisions that they will be happy with. Kris is both fluent in English and Korean. She has degrees in Travel Industry Management and Software Management. She started her career in real estate at a local development company doing administrative duties and a year later received her real estate license. Kris enjoys volunteering her time to church activities and participates in the church choir and praise team. She even volunteered as a guide when Hawaii hosted APEC in 2011.
