When an unexpected water leak occurred just days before closing, I managed the situation to minimize stress and avoid delays -coordinated the insurance process, secured available cabinet replacements during a shortage, and arranged both plumbing repairs and cabinet installation. As a result, the transaction closed on schedule without disruption to all parties. Whether resolving last‑minute challenges, maximizing value, or managing every moving part of a transaction, my goal is to protect my clients and deliver results through thoughtful strategy and hands‑on service.
