About Eathan

Born and raised in Honolulu, Eathan Ozawa brings more than a decade of real estate experience and a lifetime of local knowledge to his clients. A licensed REALTOR® since 2013, his journey in real estate began much earlier—as a home buyer, landlord, and later, a property management entrepreneur. Eathan now serves a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers, investors, and those navigating luxury homes, new developments, and fixer-uppers. Having spent over 30 years living in East Honolulu, Eathan offers in-depth insight into the area's communities, schools, and housing trends. His experience also spans the entire island, with hands-on involvement in transactions and showings across Oahu. Known for his analytical mindset and adaptable communication style, Eathan guides clients with clarity and intention. He takes pride in helping investors grow their portfolios and supporting homeowners as they build equity and plan their next move. Every transaction is approached with care and strategy, ensuring each decision aligns with his clients’ long-term goals. Outside of real estate, Eathan enjoys golfing, discovering new restaurants, and catching live shows. He and his wife are avid travelers who enjoy Korean culture and international destinations—often exploring by cruise. Recently, they’ve taken up snowboarding and enjoy road trips between Las Vegas and Los Angeles to visit family, unwind, and revisit familiar spots around the city.
