Dan Georgia brings almost 2 decades of real expertise to his clients. Every client, from first time home buyers to experienced investors gain valuable knowledge when working with Dan. He understands the nuts and bolts side of properties but also has an eye for transforming them into their full potential. As an owner builder, he purchased his first property in 1999. Since then Dan has purchased multiple properties and has overseen both the design and construction aspects of the remodel. An avid photographer, Dan is able to communicate with you on visual concepts and the “what ifs” that a property has to offer. First time home buyers can feel confident that their first major purchase is one they can work with and develop. When listing their homes for sale, sellers benefit from his ideas in marketing their home in the best possible light. Whether a buyer or seller, Dan always focuses on providing the best possible service, and greatest effort for his clients. Dan lives in Hawaii Kai with his wife and three teenage children. He is a devoted husband and father and is actively involved in his kid’s activities. Besides photography, Dan enjoys surfing, swimming, cooking and is active in his church. He traveled to many ports while in the Navy and was raised in Wisconsin. He earned his BA in Business Administration and Accounting.
