About Carlyle

Carlyle is a Broker Salesperson originally from Kailua, Oahu, and a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Carlyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with a focus on Microbiology. In real estate, you may know him from his work on the Ke Kilohana and 'A'ali'i sales teams in Ward Village, Kaka'ako. In 2021 he was honored as the Outstanding Sales Agent in both Sales and Volume for successful closings at 'A'ali'i. Licensed in 2007, active since 2013, Carlyle has developed specialties in condominium creation & development, distressed properties, & lease to fee conversion. In 2018, Carlyle won three eating competitions, reclaiming his title a fourth time in 2019. In addition to appreciating cuisine, Carlyle also enjoys preparing traditional and fine dining dishes or developing new recipes with novel ingredients.
