Hawaiian Paradise Park is comprised mostly of one acre lots, with the exception of Kaloli Point, and is one of the Big Island's most popular subdivisions. This location in the park is often referred to as the "sun belt" because it boasts lower rainfall and fruit trees appear to thrive in the lower elevation. HPP is located approximately 15 miles from Hilo town and about 10 miles from Pahoa and Kea'au.
