About Sondra

Real estate has been a constant presence in my life, starting with my grandparents who were brokers and dabbled in various aspects of the industry, along with a parent who worked as an appraiser. With such a deep-rooted connection to real estate, it only made sense for me to pursue my license. I became licensed in 2002 and began my career as an assistant to our company’s broker. From there, I transitioned into Property Management, where I stayed until 2006. That was also the year I got married and started a family. To spend more time with my husband and two boys, I shifted into real estate appraising, and also explored a few other fields, like public health and retail (though I’m not sure what I was thinking there!). However, my passion for real estate always pulled me back. In 2013, I returned to property management, and by 2018, I rejoined our sales company as both the bookkeeper and a part-time REALTOR®. Outside of real estate, we spent a lot of time at the ballfield, if the boys weren't playing, then I was working concessions or turning fields. For over 10 years, we were on the board and loved giving back to the kids. Once we moved into high school we helped out with whichever sport our boys were doing whether it was baseball or wrestling. I have spent 90% of my real estate career here with Coldwell Banker Free Realty, and there is nothing like coming HOME!
