Jill D. Poole is a lifelong resident of Savannah. She is a graduate of Saint Vincent's Academy and holds a BBA in Accounting from Georgia Southern University. She has been a Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners for over eleven years. She has been a resident of The Landings on Skidaway Island for over 23 years. Jill retains a diverse skill set which serves as a steadfast foundation as a realtor. She has over 15 years experience in the Banking Industry as a Commercial and Mortgage Lender, as well as, experience in the Securities Industry. Jill's understanding of real estate credit underwriting, FHA, VA and Conventional mortgage products and an extensive understanding of the local market are all key attributes to her success.
