Philanthropy Tarran comes from a proud lineage of service to the United States of America, with her grandfather and father having served in the military, and her son currently serving as a C-130 pilot with the Air Force Air National Guard unit in Savannah. Deeply committed to giving back, Tarran proudly supports her community by donating a portion of every real estate transaction to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which honors first responders and veterans. As a Community Partner with Webb Bridge Middle School, she actively supports local education initiatives. Tarran has had multiple careers over the course of her adult life. She graduated from Mizzou with an Atmospheric Science degree and worked for the National Weather Service as a meteorologist and service hydrologist. Her second career was in education. She earned her certification and Master of Education in Multiple and Severe Disabilities from Georgia State University and worked for Fulton County Schools for almost seven years. As a realtor she combines the skill sets of both careers to serve her clients in a unique way. She manages the real estate transaction analytically while educating her clients so they can make the best decision to meet their needs. She prioritizes listening to her clients and putting their goals first. She is fully dedicated to her clients and takes pride in personally guiding her clients through every step of the process. She and her husband have lived in Alpharetta since 2000.
