A trusted advisor, Erica leverages her knowledge of the metro-Atlanta market and strong community connections to help clients achieve their real estate goals. A proud University of Georgia graduate, Erica began her career with Delta Air Lines, gaining leadership and project management skills as a Flight Attendant and Learning Facilitator. She later earned an MBA in Marketing and excelled in event management and field marketing with Chick-fil-A, driving significant growth in Los Angeles and Atlanta. A 2019 Leadership North Fulton alumna, Erica serves her community as a member of the Roswell Recreation Commission and Chair of the Mountain Park Elementary School Governance Council. She is also a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and member of Jack & Jill of America, Inc. and various volunteer organizations. Since 2015, the Lowman family has called Roswell, GA, home, where she and her husband, Hal, are engaged in their community through their HOA, PTA, and church. They are proud parents of two children and avid supporters of the University of Georgia and Atlanta Falcons.
