It sits on 4 acres of land with a creek winding along an oak bottom. A back deck overlooking wildlife from the top of a ridge. If you're a hunter, you'll eat well for years. If you're a forager, the land offers mushrooms, herbs, and a couple established herb gardens. There's a cherry tree, bay tree, and ornamental bananas among others. A chicken coop is already waiting for your morning egg-gathering. Two shops stand ready for tools, projects, and the kind of tinkering that keeps a place running. There's even a big car shed for whatever needs shelter from the weather. This place was always more about peace than perfection. We put our hearts into raising kids, not renovating.
