Managing Director | Summit Residential LLC Affiliated with Coldwell Banker Nicholas Atenhan is the Founder and Managing Director of Summit Residential LLC, a Marietta, Georgia-based real estate company focused on new-home sales, builder representation, community sales management, and representing individual buyers in the new-construction market. Prior to founding Summit Residential, Nicholas worked with Traton Homes, an established homebuilder in the Southeast. In his onsite sales role, he combined his knowledge of residential real estate and the builders product with his ability to develop strong professional relationships to structure transactions that achieved favorable outcomes for both the builder and its homebuyers. Previously, Nicholas worked with Plum Capital, specializing in off-market Build-for-Rent (BFR) transactions involving institutional investors, residential developers, and homebuilders. His work centered on sourcing ground-up and newly completed residential communities, developing institutional buyer relationships, and connecting investment capital with acquisition opportunities. During this period, Nicholas was directly involved in more than $93 million in residential real estate sales within 24 months. At Summit Residential, Nicholas applies his background in institutional real estate and new-home sales to serve both residential builders and individual homebuyers. The company helps builders launch new communities, reduce standing inventory, and manage onsite sales operations. Through his affiliation with Coldwell Banker, Nicholas serves clients throughout the North Metro Atlanta markets, bringing experience in institutional transactions and direct builder sales.
