Hello, Coldwell Banker – Marietta/Cobb! My name is Courtney Gwyn and I am thrilled to be a new member of this esteemed brokerage. I always say my interest in real estate came at an early age watching my mother, Renita Gwyn, grow her business since the 1990s. However, my journey in real estate began 7 years ago when I obtained my license and partnered with her to form The Gwyn Team. Since then, The Gwyn Team has had the privilege of serving clients throughout the Metro Atlanta area, with a specific focus on Cobb, Douglas and Paulding County. Whether guiding first-time buyers through the exciting process of finding their perfect starter home or assisting sellers with downsizing, right-sizing, or upgrading, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations at every turn. Cobb County is home for me. Growing up, I attended Campbell High School in Smyrna before moving on to obtain my Bachelors in Business Administration from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida. Currently residing in Marietta with my fiancé Terence. We are the proud parents to two playful pups - Rocko and Graham. Outside of real estate, I enjoy time with family and friends the most. Traveling, trying new restaurants, supporting Campbell Spartans basketball, or planning my wedding are just a few of my favorite things. I'm also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated - Rho Zeta Omega Chapter.
