About STACY

Stacy Hutchinson has been a resident of the greater Lake Oconee area since the mid 2000's, after being introduced to, falling in love with, and vacationing at Lake Oconee for several years. It inevitably became home. Stacy culminated her lifetime of employment opportunities in various aspects of development, construction, design, mortgage lending, auction sales, and retail sales into a career in real estate sales and marketing, in 2002, in her home state of Maine. Identifying customers' needs and desires is second nature to her, having worked in resort-located, family-owned businesses, as well as owning her own retail store. These invaluable life experiences provided Stacy with the core values of customer service and ethical business practices, bringing to the forefront integrity, hard work, and respect in every transaction. Stacy works with both Buyers and Sellers to educate and guide clients in determining their needs, with confidentiality, honesty, and loyalty, negotiating on their behalf, in hopes of assuring each party they attain their dreams. Her performance as a multi-million-dollar producer is proof of her commitment to her clients, as well as their continued desire to have her represent them, their family members, and friends.
