After enjoying many years of weekends and vacations on the lake, Martha and her family made Lake Oconee their permanent home in 2017. Waking up every day to see the sun rise over the lake is priceless. You have to pinch yourself to believe life can be this good. Martha has been a licensed Georgia real estate agent for several years and is now working with the Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee team. Her goal for her clients is to make the entire buying or selling process easy, stress-free and yes -- enjoyable! She is a very hands-on Realtor, involved in every single detail of the transaction, from meeting inspectors and contractors all the way through to closing. She enjoys sharing her real estate knowledge and love of the lake area, whether first-time homebuyers or a family looking for their perfect vacation home, and wants to create a lifetime relationship with each client. She and her family lived in Peachtree City for 9 years. Her three children grew up in the "bubble", spending weekends on Lake Oconee. They now have 3 graduates from Auburn and the University of Florida. Martha grew up in southwest Virginia, attending Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) and obtaining her degree in Business. She has previous business experience in mortgage banking, commercial real estate management, and positions in finance and accounting. Her interests include tennis, skiing, and just about any outdoor activity, especially water sports!
