Jim has also served as a senior executive at a major U.S. insurance company and an international investment and construction firm, where he honed his skills in negotiation, asset management, and high-level decision-making. Holding an MBA from Emory University, a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) designation, and a Georgia Broker’s license, Jim has the knowledge and experience to help you make informed, strategic real estate decisions. He is a past president of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) and currently serves on the Board of Equalization in Putnam County, Georgia.
