WE HAVE LOVED OUR LAKEHOUSE. This 5 bedroom, 4 bath lakehouse has 3761 square feet plus screen porch, grilling porch, covered porches and sunning patio. Centrally located on Lake Sinclair 70 miles from Atlanta, 53 from Athens, 12 from Milledgeville and 10 from Eatonton. It is great permanent home or also excellent 2nd home to gather with family or friends. The huge Master Bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, a huge Master Bath and a closet you can't believe is so big. That still leaves a bunk room and two more bedrooms on the main floor of which one has its own bath and opens onto a screen porch where is just the place for morning coffee or just sitting and chatting. Downstairs is a mother-in-law including a king bed, living area and bath with shower. We have parking for at least ten cars, a double stall boathouse, a lot of storage space and large closets, its own well and a large laundry room. Plus there is still downstairs two rooms which we presently use as a poolroom and a sixth bedroom. All this while being able to live on the lake in your own little piece of paradise.
