About Mandy

As a Realtor dedicated to my profession, I have grown up in and around the Real Estate Industry. After attending Dalton State College and Berry College, I worked for 12 years as a Closer for a Real Estate Attorney. There I learned all sides of the industry from contracts to settlement, dealing with everyone from buyers, sellers, Realtors and banks. Since my mom has been a Realtor for almost 32 years, it was natural for me to follow in her footsteps when the economy slowed and the attorney's office closed. I immediately went back to school to become a Realtor and obtained my Tennessee and Georgia license. Together we became REO certifed as we are experienced in REO's representing several banks and Fannie Mae for many years. Together, we have doubled our business and proved there can be success even in a slow economy if you work at it. This has been the best job ever. Flexibility for family and gratification helping families become first time homebuyers.
