About Marilyn

Marilyn Amburgy’s entire career has been centered around developing and selling real estate with her husband, Tony, as entrepreneurs with a 35-year-old Real Estate Development and Investment company in Metro Atlanta. Their resume includes the acquisition and development of an 89-home swim-tennis community, 31 townhomes, 10 Self-Storage Projects, a gated 27-new home community, 47,000 square feet of office space, and a full-service car wash and oil lube. Besides managing all CFO responsibilities for our company, Marilyn was involved in all aspects of rezoning, property acquisitions, due diligence management, tenant and homeowner care, loan acquisitions, construction design, and storage and office rental operations. She became a licensed Georgia realtor 35 years ago to represent their companies as a Buyer's Agent for the land they acquired for these projects and later formed her own broker company. 2013 she began working for other developers and companies offering CFO services. She is currently leveraging her real estate experience to offer her clients buying and selling residential and commercial properties her marketing services. She has joined the Coldwell Banker North Lanier office as an Associate Broker and is proud to have the synergy provided by this 118-year-old real estate marketing company’s experience and people backing her business. She is offering “white glove” customer service, integrity, work ethic, and expertise to her clients in order to make their property and home dreams come true.
