About Kristin

Kristin Coleman is an award winning, Georgia licensed Realtor®, Seller Representative Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative® that believes ethical business practices, knowledge, and client advocation are of the upmost importance. Growing up, Kristin’s father owned a commercial contracting company and her mom owned a Chiropractic and Sports Medicine practice in Southern California before transplanting with her parents and brother to Oregon at the age of 15 to grow their family winery business. Kristin learned at a young age the importance of business ethics and entrepreneurship, the sales process and customer service, and a love for residential design. After planting her roots in Georgia over a decade ago, she set out to achieve her dream of selling homes and helping people achieve their real estate goals. Kristin and her husband Andrew, also own a residential remodeling company, where she helps advising clients on their real estate return on investment for remodels and repairs. When she isn’t working with her clients to sell or buy a home, Kristin loves to spend time with her family and two goldendoodles at home, traveling to her family’s home in Oregon and Maui, cooking and playing tennis.
