This house gave us a great central living space with a fireplace conveniently fueled by gas. Lots of eastern light flooded the kitchen to start our mornings. We added a screen porch with tinted sliding windows that could be added in the cooler months and removed in the Summer. We added a hot tub for relaxation that we'll be leaving for you to enjoy. We also are leaving our 30x14 building that we set up for our hobbies—it has power and a window unit for year round crafting and woodworking. But you may find it useful for exercise equipment or something else to suit your needs. Also in the back yard we have a small permanent grill, we put in irrigation on the front and side yards and drip irrigation around the foundation and palm trees. Then when we came in through the garage we used the back foyer as a drop zone. The four bedrooms are split up with the primary on the south side of the house with a large ensuite with both tiled shower, soaking tub, separate vanities, separate water closet, large walk-in closet and second closet in the bedroom. The other three bedrooms are on the north side of the house with a divided bath and two extra closets besides the clothes closets in the bedrooms.
