About Morgan

Being a Columbus native, I have always been impressed with Coldwell Banker KPDD and their presence in our community. I could not be more excited to be part of such a wonderful company! I got my GA & AL Real Estate License in the Spring of 2015, shortly after graduating from the University of Georgia. In my 4+ years as a full-time Realtor, I have been blessed to serve over 150 families. These experiences have sharpened my skill set and expanded my knowledge of our local Real Estate Market. In addition to serving families, I have been recognized for my achievements in the Real Estate Industry and was awarded the Columbus Board of Realtors “Rookie of the Year” in 2016. I have also maintained membership in the Columbus Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence Club from 2016-2018. My husband Neal and I were high school sweethearts; we met while attending Brookstone School. He co-owns & operates Southern Straws Cheese Straws right here in Columbus, GA. Our rescued fur baby, Bailey, makes our little family whole! We love living in Columbus and watching the community grow. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Historic Wynn House & Seneca Choices for Life, two local non-profit associations in our community. Being a Realtor is so much more than selling a house, it is helping someone find the place they call “home.” It is a privilege to be entrusted with the sale or purchase of such a valuable asset, one that is not to be taken lightly.
