Born in India and raised in the United States, being exposed to the property business by my father who is a real estate developer awoke in me a fascination with the architecture of buildings and the people-end of the process. Seeing him excel in his noble mission of providing housing solutions in an ever-evolving real estate market, I made a firm resolve to forge a path for myself in the industry and advance his excellent work. Having realized the American Dream in the process further inspires me to consider all options for my clients. Helping them to secure their future and achieve financial freedom through making wise investment decisions. With a vast knowledge of the local market coupled with my entrepreneurial nature that has enabled me to establish strong community ties through my businesses, when you work with me, you get the consistent attention and reliable resourcefulness of a two-for-one duo. This is thanks to my partnership with my wife - Nayla Saiyed - who is also a Realtor at Coldwell Banker and with whom we form a formidable team whose single-minded focus is to ensure our clients accomplish their real estate dreams.
