Hi, I’m Fern — and don’t worry, this isn’t a sales pitch. I’m here to listen, not to talk your ear off (unless you really want to hear about my grandkids or my dog’s latest antics). My goal? Get you the best value, keep things organized, and make the real estate process as stress-free as humanly possible. I don’t do drama, I don’t waste time, and I definitely don’t believe in sugarcoating. What you see is what you get — and what you get is someone who genuinely cares. Real estate can be emotional. I get it. I’ve cried over forgetting my password and celebrated like I won the lottery over a good parking spot - so I understand what you're feeling. I bring calm, straight answers, and a sense of humor to help lighten the load. I love to laugh, travel, spoil my grandkids, hang out with my dog (he's a terrible assistant, by the way), and hear people’s stories.
