This grand old house was built in 1918 but is not technically in the designated historic district. It would be great if this house could talk about it's history over the last 100 plus years.When last occupied it was a rental with two units with the second unit located upstairs. Occupied until recently when Hurricane Ian dumped a large tree limb on the roof. Being sold as-is, the house needs major work thus the very low price.
