About Terri

I am a native of Smyrna Georgia and Cobb County where I grew up and continue to live. This has allowed me to see the many changes in the Atlanta metro area over the years which never fail to amaze me. I began my real estate career in 1998 after a brief career in Industrial Security/card access. I began working for a new home construction builder earlier in my career learning the home building process which proved to be beneficial with pre-closing walk throughs, negotiating, and building a home from vacant lot to finished home. My goal is to provide the highest customer service to all my clients both buyer or seller. I work diligently to provide my clients and their family with a smooth real estate experience by using my extensive knowledge of the Atlanta area, real estate education, marketing and negotiating skills. I am working in the market everyday with its trends, selling patterns and home marketing strategies Through the years I have earned several distinguished awards among them the Cobb Board of Realtors Phoenix Award recognizing ten years in the Multi Million Dollar Club and Communities 100 Magazine’s Top 100 Realtors for 2001.
