About Stephanie

Stephanie is a top-selling real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty - Intown Atlanta. Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Stephanie attended Georgia State University where she pursued a B.B.A in Actuarial Science, minoring in Risk Management. She also maintains a wealth of knowledge about the Metro Atlanta area, serving as the Lead Trainer for the 911 Division at the City of Decatur Police Department before transitioning as a full-time real estate agent over 5 years ago. Stephanie is an all around guide to real estate in both the residential and commercial sectors. She has gained extensive knowledge through training and seminars, and uses her network and REALTOR® to REALTOR® relationships to her client's benefit. She also serves as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), a certification she received through Atlanta Realtors Association. In her free time, Stephanie volunteers bi-weekly at Meals on Wheels - a non-profit organization committed to supporting seniors struggling with hunger, food insecurity, and social isolation.
