As head of Coldwell Banker Realty's Atlanta Intown office, Rachel Carter is responsible for overseeing all operations and leading a dedicated team of over 100 agents. Her ongoing focus is to optimize client service, fuel business growth, and enhance the branch's reputation as a premier brokerage in the Atlanta area. Rachel's proven hands-on managerial style is also highly effective in the areas of recruiting and educating the finest local talent, helping agents build their skills and their business, and streamlining all transactions that come through the office to ensure outstanding results. Rachel previously led the Northern Virginia region as a District Manager including the Alexandria office, the Number 1 office in Virginia for Coldwell Banker Realty for many years. She has also been awarded the company's prestigious President's Council Award for 2019-2021, representing the top 1% of branch managers in the country. She was also selected for select management development programs called RISE and LEAD, which have enhanced her ability to bring more value to her agents and our clients by increasing their professionalism and effectiveness. She is also a Hall of Fame Award winner for the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS©. Rachel began her career with Coldwell Banker at the firm's Alexandria, VA office in 2007. She was named the office Rookie of the Year in 2008 and subsequently earned numerous awards for her exemplary sales performance. After completing a prestigious company management program, Rachel was invited to advance her career and apply her skills as Branch Vice President at the prominent Georgetown office. Since taking over that office, she improved its profitability and the per agent production rates. Rachel also served on the regional President's Advisory Council, was the co-chair of the CB Realty Cares Foundation, the NRT Southeast Region's Independent Contractor Advisory Committee, DEI and other Mid-Atlantic committees. She also served on the Board of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, chaired NVAR's Standard Forms committee, and the NVAR Top Agent Committee. This involvement enriches her agents' knowledge and proves valuable to their success. Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, Rachel graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelors degree in International Studies and Government. She additionally holds a Masters in National Security Studies from Georgetown University.
