Nyia's most powerful talent lies in her determination for success. A Native of Orlando, FL, Nyia graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Long Term Care Administration. After a career in Geriatric Care, she earned her Real Estate Salesperson license and began to practice as an Atlanta Realtor. Those who know Nyia, know that she has great work ethic, customer service oriented and always puts people first. She makes sure to prioritize and customize her client's needs by demonstrating diligence and care for their desires. In Nyia's first year of real estate she was awarded Rookie of the Year and received the Home Partners of America Gold Award. With extensive experience in management, team leading and marketing, She is able to utilize those skills while working with buyers and sellers. Nyia is a member of the Atlanta Realtors Association.
