About Karen

Karen Smiley was born in Savannah, Georgia, moved to Atlanta, Georgia, in 1st grade, and never left. She comes from a background of 29 years in the restaurant and bar business, and the last 15 of those years as a restaurant owner, as well as working with a real estate investment company for the last 6 years, and brings the ability to relate to other, strong communication skills and patience with others. She also has knowledge of Atlanta’s real estate market and the growth of the city's neighborhoods when working with her real estate clients. Karen Smiley attended Atlanta Arts Institute and earned a Culinary degree. Her skills in the service and real estate investment industries give her unique real-life experience and insight into how to relate to clients, bargain, find the best deals, and market. That makes her uniquely suited to serve both real estate buyers and sellers. Karen Smiley entered the Real Estate world to start the next exciting chapter of her life. She hasn't looked back since, and she has a love for real estate. Karen Smiley is married and lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with her spouse and dog. In her free time, she cooks, entertains friends, works out, has dinner/date nights, and volunteers. --
