About Joe

Joe Howard the REALTOR is a proud native of Montgomery, AL and father of two (2) children; Myson Howard (24 yr old) and Princess Sarah Grace (10 yr old). A graduate of Troy University (Montgomery, AL campus) with a bachelor's degree in business development and marketing. Joe holds real estate licenses currently in GA and AL and looks to expand his brand into more states soon. Before becoming a full-time REALTOR - he has had a distinguished career of 20+ yrs in corporate America specificizing in corporate sales across several industries - newspaper advertising, broadcast advertising, SEO marketing as well as telecommunications and technology solution-based sales. Joe attributes all his accomplishments to having a servant's heart and mindset coupled with leading with integrity and professionalism while achieving desired results. Joe firmly believes that the heart of his business are the relationships he builds with his clients that have followed him from one industry to another and remain strong till today. His unwavering and relentless efforts to provide the highest level of quality and service with the spirit of excellence that promotes an unparalleled experience for his clientele. Joe is a member of three REALTOR boards/associations; the National Board of REALTORS (NAR), the Georgia Association of REALTORS (GAR) and the Atlanta REALTORS Association (ARA) including having the designation of an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) that less than 2% of real estate agents in the US are affiliated. Joe's primary mission is to empower his client's legacy of home ownership by serving as a bridge that connects sellers to buyers and buyers to a place they can call home.
