When possible, have the cooperating Professional Evaluation Team in the area to tour your home and have them give us their professional opinion/feedback 8. Follow up on the salespeople who have shown your home for their feedback and response 9. Constantly update you as to any changes in the marketplace 10. Suggest and advise changes you may want to make in your home to make it more saleable 11. Whenever possible, pre-qualify the prospective buyers through Coldwell Banker Home Loans 12. I will negotiate the best possible price and terms on all offers presented 13. Handle all follow-up regarding a contract being accepted, all mortgage, title, and other closing procedures 14. Make sure all deadlines are met 15. Negotiate inspection and get quotes on items that are requested 16. Schedule a closing date and time that is convenient for all parties 17. Do my utmost to ensure that you have received and review your closing statement prior to closing
