About Zeb

Zeb Rogers brings over two decades of experience serving the Athens community to his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty. A lifelong resident of the area, Zeb has spent the past 20 years working as a Certified Athletic Trainer with Athens Orthopedic Clinic and at Prince Avenue Christian School, where he’s built deep relationships across the local medical, sports, school, and church communities. Zeb earned his bachelor’s degree in health education from Georgia College & State University and his Master of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Georgia. His background in athletics has instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, patience, and teamwork—qualities that now guide his approach to helping clients navigate the home buying and selling process. A dedicated family man, Zeb and his wife are proud parents of two children. When he’s not helping clients or cheering on local athletes, he enjoys woodworking and playing golf. With his strong local connections, integrity, and commitment to service, Zeb is passionate about helping families achieve their real estate goals throughout Athens and the surrounding communities.
