Born and raised in Quitman, Georgia, Tom O’Steen began his career in real estate with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty in early 2025. Tom comes from a successful career as an insurance business owner and has over 40 years of experience in negotiating large settlements within the insurance industry and legal community. A proud graduate of Valdosta State University, Tom enjoys playing golf, competing in pickleball, and cheering on all things Dawgs. He is also a proud father of two grown children who reside in the Atlanta area. Tom’s background has equipped him with a deep understanding of mediation, contract negotiation, and client advocacy—skills he now uses to help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence.
