About Todd

Todd Rountree graduated from the University of North Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing. He has eighteen years of experience in the homebuilding industry, six of which he worked for a national homebuilder, and he specializes in sales, marketing, and land analysis. He is a member of the Athens Area Association of REALTORS® and the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Todd’s niche of expertise in new construction and close familiarity with the Oconee County area make him an ideal representative for buyers, sellers, builders, and developers. Todd resides in Watkinsville with his wife and son. Todd grew up traveling and has lived in many great cities, but is happy to have made Georgia his permanent home. Todd has a genuine appreciation for live music and loves to experience the Athens music scene. When he has time to get away, he cherishes his time outdoors. Todd is an avid swimmer, biker, and hiker. Todd has a passion for historical and modern architecture which makes him an asset in the real estate world.
