About Stephen

Stephen was born and raised in Oconee County by Scarlett and Bobby Smith. He was a part of the first graduating class of North Oconee High School in 2007 and participated in athletics there. He lettered in track, football, and soccer in high school and went on to play college soccer at North Georgia College and State University and Kentucky Wesleyan College. Stephen spent 2012 as a member of the pit crew for John Wes Townley in the Camping World Truck series circuit. His hobbies include spending time with his family and loved ones, travelling, and helping people through motivational speaking. Previously, Stephen worked as a leasing agent for local apartment communities, University Garden Apartments and The Park on West Broad. After completing his REALTOR® Pre-License Course and passing the exam, he decided to start his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty.
