About Sharon

Sharon has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1984 and is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's degree in Business Education. She was an instructor of Real Estate at UGA's Continuing Education Center from 1987-1991 and is an annual guest speaker for UGA's Real Estate Principles class. Very active with the Athens Area Association of REALTORS® (AAAR), Sharon has chaired and served on numerous committees; she is a past Board Director and officer of the AAAR, as well as an MLS Director. She is also no stranger to awards and accolades, having received the President's Award, the Mary Nelson Spirit Award, the REALTOR Associate Award and is a Phoenix Club member. Sharon has two daughters and three grandchildren. Her hobbies include painting and sewing. Sharon has lived in Athens since 1965 and is an expert on the Athens area, having lived in east and west Athens-Clarke County, Oconee, Jackson and Barrow counties. Her motto is "Committed to Personal Real Estate Service."
